Site Advantages
Prosoyo's factory is located in Changping, Dongguan, around 1 hour by train from the city centre of Hong Kong. This gives us significant advantages in fast and cost-effective logistics arrangements.
For a factory visit, you only need to plan for a 1.5-hour journey from the centre of Hong Kong (for example, the TST area) to our factory: 1 hour by train and 5 minutes by taxi. Even if you plan to return to Hong Kong for dinner on the same day, you will still have plenty of time to visit and audit our factory.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Prosoyo Technology is totally committed to achieving a high level of quality in all its products, to meet and achieve the initial and continuing needs of customers. The company maintains a quality system that assures that its materials and products conform to contract requirements and the expectations of customers, and is committed to the directives of ISO 9001:2000. We create an environment that encourages teamwork and in which each employee learns, understands, and practices quality conformance as an integral part of his or her job function.
Quality Control Procedures
For routine quality inspections, our QA sampling plan strictly adheres to ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (equivalent to BS 6001-1 and ISO 2859) at Level II. The AQL is set at 0.65 with an acceptance number of c=0.
For PCB assemblies, workmanship standards comply with IPC-A-610C, Class II.
We conduct in-process quality control (IPQC) between each production stage throughout the entire manufacturing process.
